This is our second year in a row to stay at this condo. We love the location and quaint decor. It is perfect for our little family. We plan to make it an annual trip and stay in this same location each time. We had minor issues pop up each stay and they were quick to respond to text and fix any issue. We couldn't be more pleased with our stay here.
Super cute and cozy condo just a short walk from the slopes. We loved it. The water in the bathroom sink wouldn't get warm. All in all, we loved it and would stay there again.
I don't like giving bad reviews, but this condo deserves it. I'm giving one star for the kitchen, it had all appliances and utensils you would need, and everything worked great. The living room couches are pretty comfortable.
This condo is old, and needs a lot of repairs. I'll start at the front door. The screen door needs to be replaced, the screens are torn out of the frame, but the door frame is rotten, so it'll probably just break off by itself. The front door (and all the doors) are old, in bad shape, and stick really bad. The porch is okay, but the back of it is covered in mud, so you can't use it except by the parking lot.
Typical of these rental units, the interior had dog hair all over it. The kids room was dirty, tree pollen all over the top bunk. And no smoke detector in the kids room. You want me to heat my kids room with a space heater, and there's no smoke detector in the room? NO thank you. Comforter was ripped on the bunk beds as well.
The bathroom was functional, but the sink is nasty, big ball of rust that needs to be replaced badly. Everything in it is for a very short person, if you're over 6' you'll be leaning down a lot.
Most of the lamps in the condo did not work, but a lot of that was because they weren't plugged in, and there was no place to plug them in. TV's seemed to be the same, part of them would turn on, but never would work correctly.
The worst thing though is the noise. When someone walks around in the upstairs unit, the whole condo shakes, and it sounds like there's nothing between the units but a thin piece of plywood. We actually left a day early because it was so loud we couldn't stand it. We tried playing music, but the next door neighbors banged on the wall, so the walls are just as thin as the ceiling. We will not be staying in this condo again, and probably won't stay in any Evolve properties again after this experience.
Hi Jeff, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that you experienced some issues during your trip. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We will be addressing all of the concerns you listed. We have talked to our property manager who will be helping us install new detectors, new window and door screens, new light bulbs and fixtures, and a new sink in the bathroom. We are sorry for all of these issues you experienced. Unfortunately, we can't control external factors like the noise from the neighbors but we know this can be very inconvenient. We appreciate this feedback and are committed to making our property comfortable for our guests. Thank you for taking the time to leave a review.
Check in and check out was smooth- too much furniture - very cramped

Our host was prompt with any issues or concerns. The apartment was clean and we felt safe. I will say that it would be really tight quarters for 5 people. The storage is limited and and the kitchen is quite small. It has a cute porch in front of a wooded area with lots of wildlife.
Message from the homeowner:
"Thanks so much for the feedback. I’m glad the condo was clean and felt safe.
Our little place is cozy for our family of five. We like the cabin feel (being able to drive right up to the front door) and the ability to walk back for lunch during ski and bike days.
We hope you stay with us again. Summers are beautiful, and mountain biking is fun.
Happy New Year!"
