Wonderful Stay and walking distance to the resort
5/5 Overall, it was a wonderful stay. Spencer was very quick to reply back and we really liked having a garage to store our equipment when we were done for the day. The showers were a bit quirky but understandable with the age of the property. Otherwise for price and location, our family enjoyed the stay.

Great location, great host
5/5 This is our second time staying with Spencer. It was just as good as the first time. The condo was clean and had everything we needed. Spencer was very quick to respond when we found out at 9:00 at night the air matress had a slow leak. Not only did he reply to the late night text quickly he even had a back up matress in the unit so it turned out to be no problem at all. The unit was close enough to the mountain to walk but with gear and kids I just drove them up to the lifts, easy peasy. The TV in the master was equiped to allow streaming service. The TV in the living room had Direct TV or Dish,. It may have just been us but we don't think it was streaming enabled which was not too bad since we were there over the weekend and could what football through Direct TV.. This is one of our favorite places to stay in Angel Fire because it is on the flat area (easy to get in and out) and close to the resort and clean.
