Perfect location but outdated
3/5 Perfect location next to ski shop and shuttle bus stop.
The condo needs a big clean up.
The bathroom and kitchen are outdated.
Pots and pans need to be replaced.
The bedroom closets are unusable because they are full with stuff.
The next door condo was under renovation and they used our hallway to store all their furniture.

Condo review
3/5 The condo is in walking distance to the ski lifts. The condo is a little dated but nice. Overall complaint, which is why I rated “okay” with 3 stars, is that the TV’s all 3 rooms need updated especially the one in the child’s room. You need to bring your own TV especially for that room. A $100 TV with Netflix built in is worth the month if you drive in. The dishes, especially the coffee cups, could use updating as well.
Great Ski Condo
5/5 We usually go to Angel Fire every other year. This condo had the absolute best location of any we have ever stayed at. I don't think there is a condo closer to the base than this. It was so convenient. No more than a 5 minute walk to the slopes. We skied in the morning, would come back to the condo for lunch and ski again in the afternoon. There was a great sledding hill literally right beside the condo. We just had to walk out the back door to get there. The condo itself is very average for Angel Fire. They had plenty of towels and linens. The kitchen had all of the appliances and cookware we needed. We will definitely be booking here again on our next trip.

Great location
5/5 Close to lifts!!! A lil dated. Tv in bedroom didn’t work along with microwave but maintenance cane quickly to resolve! Overall nice stay and can’t beat location
