Great Stay Overall
4/5 We really loved this property overall. The location was great and there was plenty of room to stretch out. Our kids really loved the downstairs bunk area. Our only issue was in regards to cleanliness. There were some unwashed dishes in the cabinets and clothes from a previous stay still present. The cooking dishes were pretty worn and could be replaced, but was manageable. Overall, those were pretty small and easily worked around. I would recommend.

Family Getaway
5/5 We just wanted to spend a few days away from the Texas heat with my Dad, sisters, and our families. We found the perfect place and enjoyed our stay so much!

Close to everything!
1/5 The property was under construction when we arrived. The owner was working on the porch. There was wood, nails, port a potty and holes in the driveway when we arrived. Caution tape greeted us inside the house on the door that was supposed to lead to the porch. Instead it was a 20 foot drop to the ground. Very unsafe for a family. The house was freezing when we arrived. Even if it was in perfect condition the backyard was too steep for any sledding. The house is on a very steep incline that overlooks a busy street. In icy conditions it would be very dangerous leaving. There was not any snow shovel or salt material to help melt the ice. The wiener refunded our money and we had to find another place to stay. Very disappointing.
