  • Nice studio with one big disadvantage

    The property is surrounded by three streets. One along the front of the house, one along the side of the house and another along back of the house. Think inside a U-turn. At the time of this review a new section of the neighborhood has opened. Construction of new homes have started and will continue for some time. Apparently, the street(s) that surrounds this property is the preferred route for ALL traffic including construction, neighborhood and golf cart traffic. The golf course entrance is located within 50 feet of the driveway. The construction traffic begins promptly at 5:30 am every weekday morning and it is NOT quiet and continues until almost dark. The studio is attractive and fairly comfortable. Everything we used functioned. The bathroom is dark but large. The studio is attached to a main house. We were fortunate to have quiet neighbors during our stay. The porch is shared. The parking arrangement is a little tricky if there are guests in the main house.
