lovely home
5/5 Third time we stayed here. spacious living room space, nice kitchen with top line appliances . the house is always clean . lots of room for guests. met up with out of town cousins for a wonderful weekend. Highly recommend . Will stay again.
Bare bones rental
2/5 This a bare bones rental with very little comfort. It can sleep 6, but has a ridiculously small table (4-seater) that is crowded with two adults, much less 4. Two additional plastic chairs were provided, but you wouldn’t be able to sit with everyone else. We booked a 2-week stay originally…there was only 1 small roll of toilet paper in each bathroom. The hand soap was empty in one bathroom and watered down in the other bathroom (this was the same issue another renter mentioned). Only one roll of paper towels was provided. There are no hot pads in the kitchen. The pans are old with a lot of Teflon gone, so everything sticks. The AC was not hooked up, necessitating a call to the property manager. The owner did fix that the next day. The living room furniture was fine, but the additional seating by the fireplace is really for show only, these are NOT comfortable to sit in. There was an iron, but no ironing board. Washer/dryer in the garage, the washer does leak, bring your own dryer sheets. We extended our stay an additional week which was supposed to be billed on a different credit card, my account was charged instead. The afternoon of our original check out date, the door code no longer worked, we called the property manager again for help. In the second bedroom with a queen bed, here are no drawers. There is a cabinet of some kind, but not for clothes. No lamps are provided, except in the second bedroom with the queen bed. All the lights are in the ceiling with dimmer switches.
