Great place for visiting family!
5/5 We rented this for the in-laws and they loved the property. The house was very clean, spacious, and comfortable. The furnishings were nice and it had all of the amenities. The sun room was a hit and was well heated for December. Great communication from the property manager and all went smoothly. We definitely would rent again. Thanks.

Issues
4/5 Everything was fine. Here are is things that could make it better:1. Single ply toilet paper is a no-no. Don't cheap out on toilet paper.2. All the religious artifacts were a real turn off. The house should be religious neutral. This really bothered my friend.

Great place!
5/5 My family and I had a wonderful time in Albuquerque and at this property. The location was super convenient and the hosts were easy to work with prior to arrival and pretty "hands off" during our stay. Walking the path behind the property was lovely in the mornings. Highly recommend.

Everything you need in a rental
4/5 This was a nice house, well stocked with everything you need. Coffee, seasonings, great towels, blankets, dishes, etc. If bed comfort is important to you, the master king sized bed is adequate (and better than some others I've experienced). I think the mattress topper needs to be replaced. There's a walking path right outside the back gate that takes you to several parks. Academy Hills park was our favorite. You can drive there in about 5 mins. The house is close to shopping and restaurants. The manager was very accommodating and helpful. I'd recommend this house to relatives and friends.
