2/5 The house definitely could use a deep clean! Ants everywhere in kitchen. The dryer had someone elses clothes in it. The washer had wet towels in it. Pool was clear but slimey on the bottom. Small bedrooms, and back deck furniture sll over the place.

Lovely outside deck with pool
5/5 Clean, practically laid out house with lovely outside space. Large deck with pool, lounge chairs, large square table with parasol that seats eight quite comfortably. We spent most of our time outside it was so nice. (All sun in the morning except for under parasol, but one side shaded in afternoon.) A bit of a walk to the beach, especially when it's hot. Lots of restaurants and stores in quick driving distance (5 - 10 minutes), not much close for walking. Property manager was great, very responsive.

5/5 Very nice home with a lot of room. Spacious wrap around deck leads to the nice size pool. Owner is very responsive.
