  The apartment was conveniently located and was cozy and perfect for my husband and I. It looked exactly like the pictures! The check in process was really smooth and the host had a lot of good suggestions for what to do in the area. Highly recommend!

  Close to great restaurants, and 2 minutes from Mountain Creek and all entertainment.

  Really enjoyed my stay in this beautiful condo. Very well furnished, extra clean with all the comforts of home. Views are spectacular ! a couple of minutes away from Mountain Creek. Very accommodating hosts.

  The stay was not what I expected. The loft was full of ladybugs that kept landing on the beds. We had to shake the covers at night to get them to flight up to the sky light where they were living. We tried vacuuming then up, but more just appeared. The next next issue was the leak in the roof. I was standing next to the table when a large amount of water fell on my head from the where the lamps electrical is connected. This is very dangerous and could cause a fire. I sent a video, but my friend cleaned up the water on the floor before I got a good picture. The last issue was the most important. The oven didn’t work the entire time. We had bought food for the week to cook, but instead we had to eat out which doubled my expense for food. They did send someone out to fix the room leaking and patch the skylight but they couldn’t get the part for the oven. I had to stay home two days out of my trip to be there for the repair guys so I didn’t get to use two days of my ski pass. This interruption to my trip made my less enjoyable. Also, the outside furniture is falling apart, but at least the beds were comfortable. I was very dissatisfied with my stay. They show a staircase to tte entrance, but this a bit deceiving as you have to climb several decks of stairs to get to the apartment. This was very difficult to navigate with suitcases. I would not recommend this place to anyone.

  - We truly apologize for the ladybugs. They were totally unexpected as we have regular pest control treatments. Our Guest Contact offered to help, but you declined.
  - The skylights were both resealed on the same day and the leak
  did not recur.
  - We're sorry that the oven worked inconsistently during your visit. We immediately ordered a new one, and it will be installed as soon as it's received.
