  Cons: owner controls temperature remotely through google nest app, advertised as keyless entry but actually not true, you must carry around key, 2nd bedroom bed very small and very uncomfortable Pros: good water pressure in shower, spacious kitchen area and nice patio, quite neighborhood well off of the boardwalk and check in was 1 hour early. Overall, I would not stay there again.

  - We are sorry to hear that you had issues with the thermostat. We don't control the temperature during the guest's stay. While we are able to control the temperature of the home remotely, we can assure you that we would never attempt to adjust the temperatures for our guests as this would be unnecessary for us to do.
  
  - The size of the unit is stated in our listing, however, we are sorry if you may have missed this.
  
  - We have had many problems with the keyless entry so, to avoid inconvenience to the guest, we will now have keys available for them to use.
  
  - We are however happy to hear that you did enjoy some aspects of our home, which lets us know that we're on the right path!
  
  We do all we can to make our guest's stay as stress-free as possible, and we thank you for your feedback as it allows us to make the changes where needed.

  Parking was horrible should be designated for renters and clear instructions regarding trucks,second be bed was very small,second bathroom too small,broken outdoor chair left for use,owner friendly& responsive

  -We offer parking spaces for two cars, the. There's additional public parking on the street if necessary on a first-come, first-served basis
  -We apologize for the issue with the folding chair. As was explained when you reached out, to remove the chair and place it by the trash, you reassured us of that
  -We take the accuracy of our listings seriously and make sure that the photos and description correctly represent the size of the property
  - Travelers can also see in the listing before booking to meet expectations

• Charming Gem

  The property was exactly as described. Clean, newly remodeled, beds comfortable and short distance to the boardwalk. Perfect location for a family of 3 with a queen in one room and twin in the other. Giovanna, the owner was so pleasant to work with and we are definitely going to be coming back.

• One week vaca

  My family and I had an AMAZING time for the week. Place worked out perfect with my wife son and I staying there. The ac was very weird, it would come on and then get hot so we checked the filter and it was clogged. So we removed it. Then things worked out well. The place was VERY clean when we arrived and it was very clean when we left. We loved the walk to the boardwalk and the location. Was An amazing week w friends and family since they were In The area. Only down side of this rental is the price for a week! I think it's a little steep for the size! But we had a blast thank you
