CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 30112
- TO OPEN DOORS: SLOWLY Press the Yale button to awaken lock then enter door code given, then press the unlock button.
- TO LOCK DOORS: Simply press the Yale button and the door will lock itself. PLEASE LOCK DOORS WHENEVER LEAVING THE HOUSE.
- GATE: When you arrive the gate between the house and the garage might be closed and latched from the inside. To open: open latch from inside and pull toward you firmly. Hook the chain at the bottom of the gate to the hook on the garage to keep the gate from blowing in the wind (VERY IMPORTANT AT ALL TIMES). If you close the gate ever it is also critically important to latch the gate firmly so again it won't blow in the wind.
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the home by doing the following:
- Please tidy up and replace all things as you found them
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash and put it in the cans on the driveway
- Wash and put away all used dishes/pots/pans
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Lower all blinds and shades
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances, except the one lamp on a timer in middle family room
- On the deck, lower and close umbrella, tuck in dining chairs, store cushions in bin, lay backs of lounge chairs flat
- Do not leave anything outside
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the home is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

ADDITIONAL RULES:
-- SAND: It is absolutely a must to take precautions not to bring sand into the house. Please ALWAYS hose off feet and legs with the hose under the deck stairs before entering the house. Likewise do not bring sandy towels, clothes, bags, etc. into the house. Please remove and leave on the porch. The outside shower below the stairs is great to rinse off sand before entering the house.
- HANGING WET TOWELS AND CLOTHES: Hang wet clothes and towels on clothesline in the side yard next to the white fence. Please do not hang towels and clothes on the deck railing. They will blow off into the bay.
- BEACH CHAIRS: Beach chairs are available for use. They live on racks under the deck next to the outdoor shower. After use, you must hose them down to get rid of the sand and hang them back up. VERY IMPORTANT DO NOT LEAVE ON THE GROUND. SOMETIMES HIGH TIDE CAN COME UP AND WILL TAKE THEM AWAY.
- SUP: After use return to the rack on side of the garage and tie-down SUP to cleats (MAKE SURE IT IS TIED DOWN SECURELY AND CAN NOT FALL BUT DO NOT TIE ROPE IN KNOTS. TIE TO CLEATS CORRECTLY)
