  The property was fixed up by appearance but there was a lot of little issues. The railing on the back deck was loose and I almost fell. The chairs on the back deck were rusted and falling apart. I set down on one of the deck chairs and the fabric have way and I fell through. I hurt myself pretty good. Plus when we arrived I noticed an issue with the screen door and I immediately report it to the host and he was insulating that we broke the door and it was not like that before we got there. I felt the issues in this house need to repaired. I would never stay there

• Weekend comedy fest getaway

  The house was clean with a very nice layout. Evolve quickly responded to all my questions. The Host was attentive to any questions we had. Boardwalk is within walking distance. Parking was hard to come by, aside from that we had a wonderful weekend!

• Boys Weekend

  Great location for our boys weekend. Was in distance of all the casinos and only a few minutes from our golf course. Manager was in constant contact at all times. House was beautiful on the inside. Highly recommend this place for a guys trip.

• This place should be OFF YOU LIST

  Peiple were allowed....given permission by owner to enter property at free will. Go onto deck and then access boat. Children were scared and we sent them home. We could not sleep soundly knowing that other people are coming on an off property who obviously piously have key code to house. Garbage surrounding house. No place to safely park. I am requesting a substantial refund.

  - The owner apologizes for allowing a friend to access the deck, but they were never on the property and let you know they were coming.
  - The owner wants to reassure that the only ones who know the door's code are the family and the guest when they arrive.
  - We hope the owners generous measures to make things right makes up for some of the inconvenience.

• Guys trip

  The house was clean and owner was very responsive to all requests. Nice deck area for grilling and relaxing. Close to casinos and other attractions. Not a huge deal but there is only 1 parking space so if you have multiple cars coming they will have to find street parking. Thanks for having us.
