CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The main lobby right of Farnam St and has 2 doors; enter through the first door where you’ll find the Keycafe on your left
- Touch the screen to begin; choose ‘pick up key’ from the main menu
- Enter the code: 28933505 or 07061243; the screen will ask you to confirm that you are picking up the Key for Unit 4R; please confirm
- Pick up the key and use the fob to enter the building
- Enter the elevator and go up to the 4th floor
- Once you are on the 4th floor, turn right, then turn left, and unit 4R will be on your left
- Enter ‘3491’ to unlock the unit door
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 11:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the condo by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take out the trash
- Wash and put away all used dishes
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- When checking out, please go back to the KeyCafe to drop off the key fob:
1. Touch the screen to start
2. Press ‘drop off key’
3. Enter the code: 28933505 or 07061243
4. Scan the key
5. Drop off the key in the box that opens up and make sure to close the box once complete
- Additional fees will be imposed if the condo is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:

- Pet friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
