1/5 This is the second time the house we thought we had rented (because we received confirmation that we had), was unavailable minutes before arrival. Can you imagine going on vacation to find out the home you were planning to stay in was not available and suddenly you were with out shelter? Not a great start to a vacation. On May 5th around 2pm I called the Evolve CSR to find out if we could check in 1 hour early. What we found out was some one else was staying in the house. Thus, we spent much of our free time dealing with getting our money back and finding different accommodations. It still is not resolved and it definitely affected the plans for our celebration.

Nice place!
4/5 Nice decor and very clean. Suited our needs well enough.Kitchen is not stocked very well for cooking. Only the basics. Plate/bowls, glasses, silverware and pots and pans. Only limited knives and no bake wear.Back yard has a fence but there is a portion missing so pets could not be outside unattended as they could escape.Also the heating/cooling system was VERY hard to figure out how to adjust and there were no posted instructions.We were able to walk the neighborhood with no concerns. Only a few blocks to Benson area shops and eating.
