FANTASTIC HOME! Except...
4/5 What a nice house! Stayed here for our daughter's graduation and had a great stay.. First and foremost it was extremely clean! That stood out as soon as we opened the door. Loved sitting out on the back patio and wish we could have utilized the fire pit. Good location between Carolina Beach and UNCW. Super comfy beds, very well stocked kitchen, and great extras like kayak, paddles, super nice beach chairs etc.Unfortunately it wasn't the 5 star experience due to the very sad TV channel selection and even worse, the water pressure. I'm not exaggerating when I say the pressure went down to a literal trickle if 2 people tried to shower at a time or if the dishwasher was going and someone tried to shower. If the kitchen sink was running or if a toilet was flushed the pressure went down so much it was basically useless to try to shower. BUT if no one else in the house uses water at all during your shower however you'll be fine. Take care of these 2 issues and it's easily 5 star stay.
