  I wish it had been made clear that while there was a coffee maker, there was no coffee, sugar, or creamer any other short term rentals provide. I would have brought my own, but we had to go back out the night we got there to make sure we at least had coffee in the morning.

  There is no parking offered and on the street parking was very scarce. It would have been nice to have been able to use one of the many empty spots in the parking lot behind the building. We had to spend a lot of time going back to our car and moving it.

  Other amenities could use updating as well. There is only one outlet in the entire bedroom which was used for lamps, and no outlets near any tables. We ended up charging our devices on the floor in the hallway. The balcony was nice, but it was a little too chilly to sit out there without some kind of throw and there wasn’t one. There was also no full length mirror and no make up towel.

  The walls were thin.

  All of these are minor but basic amenities most hotels have. The view was nice, but for the money I think I’ll go back to a hotel next time.

  Anna, the right vacation home is everything, and we're disappointed if this wasn't the one for you. We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: "Hi Anna, thank you for leaving your review.
  -We include the coffee maker so that guests can have the opportunity to bring and make their favorite coffee. During Covid, it was decided to remove any creamers or sugar since these cannot be easily sanitized. It was an intentional decision, but we apologize if it inconvenienced you.
  -It is made clear that parking is not provided. Unfortunately, within our complex, only owners are allowed parking and we're unable to transfer the spot to a guest. Since this unit is in the heart of downtown Wilmington, there are a lot of options nearby for parking. We encourage guests to reach out if they would like recommendations on where to go.
  -We will look into adding a full-length mirror if we can find the space for it. A power cord has been added as well as a throw for comfort and convenience. Thank you for letting us know.
  -The makeup towels were removed without our knowledge by another guest, but we have since replaced them. We wish you would have reached out during your stay so we could have easily addressed this.
  We do all we can to make our homes the best possible stays, and we look forward to this property hosting many satisfied guests. Thank you for your feedback."
