Clean Cute Quaint Home
5/5 We loved our stay here, it was the perfect size for our family, a little one and a dog! The neighborhood is nice and quiet with grocery stores right down the street and the beaches/downtown only a quick drive away! Management was easy to contact if needed! We would definitely stay here again!

Great trip and lovely home!
5/5 Went down for a midweek trip with my kids to meet a family friend and we had a great time! The house is lovely! The beds are so comfortable and the pillows were excellent, none of those thin crappy pillows you normally get! The neighborhood is quiet and the neighbors look out for you. We had an issue where the power flickered which tripped the breaker for the water heater and the owner got it fixed up within a few hours! She even had a new water heater on standby just in case. She was so polite and easy to work with! I will definitely stay there again! The location is perfect because it’s below all the crazy Wilmington main areas that are super congested and only 11 min from Carolina Beach! Can’t wait to stay again!
Carolina Cottage
5/5 In spite of the unexpectedly chilly January weather, we had a fabulous 5 star stay at the cute & cozy Carolina Cottage! The size and location were ideal - even better than the pictures. Tia is a wonderful host - very available and communicative.. We were completely comfortable and our month went way too fast.We definitely highly recommend Carolina Cottage and look forward to returning in the future.
