  Property was as advertised, great location near UNCW. Easily accommodated 6 adults and their dogs. Nice fenced outdoor area. Host was easy to communicate with and responsive.

  This property checked almost all of our boxes for nirvana getaway. It was extremely well maintained with modern and comfortable décor. My 15 year old daughter was equally impressed with how the host included special touches like coffee and creamers, snacks when you arrived and even dog bowls and puppy treats! All of the bedrooms and baths were stocked with essentials and very comfortable. The security of keyless entry was a huge plus. Our two doodles really enjoyed the very large, fenced in yard and the screened porch.The property is close to shopping and it's a short drive to all the vacation hot spots, the only thing that could have made it any better was a little closer to the beach :). We will 100% be back. Thank you Susan!

• Wonderful stay!

  This rental was such a pleasant surprise. I wasn't sure what to expect when I arrived at the property, but once I went inside I knew I made a great choice. It was very clean, decorated nicely, and had many upgraded features. The appliances were all seemingly brand new, including the fridge and washer and dryer. My favorite feature was the live-edge counter top. It is beautiful. The house was very spacious, and the beds were very comfortable. It was way more than I needed for just myself and my pup, which, with a big fenced in back yard made it very convenient for my dog to have some freedom as well. There were dog bowls already there as well. I felt very welcome when I found snacks and coffee on the counter and drinks in the refrigerator. The internet worked well and the TVs were set up for streaming (if you have your own subscriptions). I was maybe 15 minutes from downtown and the same distance to the beach. The main bathroom had plenty of space and seemed luxurious. My only negative might be that the other bathrooms were smaller and not quite as nice as the main one, but that's being a bit nitpicky. Great stay!

As far as the bathrooms...the primary is wonderful-the other two are set up as true guest baths...much like most homes. Nonetheless, your review was wonderful!
