  My husband and I enjoyed our short getaway at Fox Den. Nice clean cabin for two and fairly easy to get to if you follow the directions that are given.

  Beautiful property! Hot tub was clean and wonderful! Cute little cabin, cozy bed, it was perfect for my husband and I on our honeymoon!!

• Bad enough to make us leave 2 days early

  Finding the property was a nightmare! Finally used Google maps which we were told would get us lost, and went right to it. We were on motorcycles, there needs to be a warning about the steep gravel roads. Animal feces all around the place, stepped in it several times in the dark The smell was horrible. Shower drain was stopped up and would barely drain. Roaches. The hot tub had scum all over the sides and on the filter as well as floating on the water. Definitely will not be back and hate I wasted that much money on a place that looked much bigger in the pictures and wasn't cleaned properly before our arrival

  -We use a professional cleaning company to ensure that the home is cleaned and sanitized between guests and we are confident that the home met our high cleanliness standards before your check-in
  -With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out right away so we can prove its validity and resolve any issue immediately
  -We're sorry about the GPS navigation and directions, they are listed on the pre-stay information. We are working to address some GPS not giving the exact directions. We send a welcome email before your arrival to all guests and let them know that the address will not work with the GPS. It is recommended to print the map and directions since there are 4 ways to get to the cabin
  -Yes, it is uphill and gravel, but by no means steep. We do not consider this cabin to be "motorcycle friendly" as it is gravel as stated in the directions and most cyclists prefer paved roads
  -We do provide a landline phone service for our guests to contact us to best address some of your concerns during your stay. You might not have had cell service depending on your provider, but we’re sorry this impacted your stay
  Although you did not enjoy your stay, we're confident future guests will have a wonderful visit to our charming cabin.

• A neat little cabin near Cherokee

  Neighbors are closer than the pictures depict, but the cabin itself is excellent. Everything worked well, and was very clean. Location is centrally located; Cherokee, Bryson City, Maggie Valley, and Waynesville are a short drive, and Gatlinburg and Asheville are about an hour away.
