Awesome Little Spot
5/5 This rental was the perfect setup for us. Weaverville is a cute community with easy access to Asheville and surrounding areas. The rental is super close to a small lake with walking paths, and it has a yard that backs up to a creek. It was updated and clean, and a nice layout for a couple or small family that included a kitchen and king size bed. We would definitely stay here again.
Nice studio in a great location
4/5 The studio was perfect for 2 adults. It is very clean and updated. As another reviewer mentioned, the water pressure is a bit low but primarily in the kitchen. The shower pressure was fine. The WIFI was fast. There is no live TV but there is a smart tv. Recommend for managers to provide tall kitchen trash bags for the guests. We had to use our own grocery shopping bags for trash. The location in the lake neighborhood was wonderful with lots of walking spaces and trails. Only a mile from downtown. Highly recommend it!

5/5 We never expected it to be so cold during our trip to Ashville but actually this little cabin was perfect! When not enduring cold walks with the dogs around beautiful Lake Louise we stay nice and toasty in the cabin. Ate most meals in, before the nice electric fireplace and movies on the smart TV.Despite the cold temps we had a lovely week. Just what we needed.

Great location
5/5 We loved our stay. The home was perfect for my husband and me and our 2 dogs. The house is right around the corner (easy walking distance) from Lake Louise which has a playground, fishing access, and a walking path. It's an easy 15 minute drive into downtown Asheville. We would definitely stay again. The house is on the same property as another rental, but we didn't have any problems with noise and there are separate driveways for the two rentals.
