  Amazing gateway vacation with family and friends. This place was very clean and equipped from everything you could possibly imagine. My kids really enjoyed the game room and the jacuzzi. Jeff is an amazing host. We had a little issue with one of the appliances and luckily he was staying in at a nearby cabin and he came in himself to assit. The lake views from the deck are breathtaking. I will definitely recommend this beautiful wood cabin to anyone looking to get away from that city madness. Will definitely come back again. Thank you Jeff!

  We had not stayed in the NC mountains before and we were greatly surprised at how beautiful the location was! The accommodations exceeded our expectations. It was a welcoming and very peaceful stay. The game room and hot tub were an added bonus.

  The owners were extremely helpful and quick to respond to our many questions. We all agreed that if we get the chance, we will certainly go back! Thank you!

• Our New Favorite Mountain Getaway Spot!

  From the beautiful home, spectacular views, convenient yet remote location, relaxing hot tub, and a game room that has it all, this property is our new favorite mountain getaway! We take a mountain trip each year, and this home surpassed our expectations. Most properties have the bare minimum, but this one had all the essentials that made it feel like our home away from home. I often associate pet-friendly locations with sacrificing some aspects of cleanliness, but that was certainly not the case with this property. It was spotless and had no trace of pets!The host was very responsive and helpful before, during, and after our stay. We thought we left something at the property, and the host was very responsive and helpful in looking for what we thought we left behind. We rented a boat from the marina approximately 1 mile away and met some locals at Lakes End Cafe.The driveway is a bit steep, so a truck or SUV is probably best in the winter months when snow or ice is possible.We recommend you see for yourself and book a getaway at this property!
