April Beach Vaca
5/5 Our stay was wonderful. The house was everything in the description. We celebrated my husband's birthday during our visit. The only thing missing was an electric mixer to prepare whipping cream for his birthday cake. I would suggest that you add one. The AC made noise when we started it up, but the owner had someone come out and replace the unit promptly. It was a beautiful time and memories made were great!

Best house on Topsail
5/5 Once you stay here, you will see why there are all 5 star ratings. The house is great, homey but pristine, the proximity to the beach can't be beat other than actual beachfront but those are off limits to me since no elevators there. The walk to the beach really is 40 hundred feet. The owners, Desiree and Jeff, have thought of your every need and if they fall short (which is likely impossible), attend to your every need. This was my second stay here with many more to come. It is the Four Seasons of beach rentals and everything is top notch. Look no further. This is the place to stay.

5/5 This home was amazing! The view of ocean was good and time on deck with family even better! The home was clean and updated with countertops and appliances. They had everything we needed in kitchen and even chairs for the beach. We will be back!
Great Vacation with Family
5/5 The accommodations were perfect for our family and doggy. The weather was better than I expected, Praise God for all our blessings! We would suggest that a electric hand mixer be added to the kitchen. That was the only item we lacked. It was beautiful

5/5 This home is simply amazing! You want for nothing. Elevator was a thoughtful amenity as well. Our family vacations a lot and we are VERY peculiar when it comes to cleanliness; and this home is by far the best! Money well spent.
