• Quiet complex

  This complex is quiet (except for the lawn guys at 7:30 one day). We chose this property because it was supposed to have pool access, but the badges didn't work, and calls to the prop Mgr and the pool mgt didn't fix the problem. So we pd for a place with a pool we couldn't use. The place also said it came w/complimentary toiletries, but it didn't. It was not as clean as we would have liked. We used wipes throughout the space and removed a ton of dirt from doors, walls, even the front of the fridge. The kitchen has dishes, etc. There is a grocery store nearby. This is also about a 10 min drive to the beach.

• Nice place, couple disconnects

  We really liked this condo's location. It's very quiet and a close drive to the beach. The description mentions complimentary toiletries, though, which weren't there. The owners emailed the security code to the wrong email address and we had to follow up. And the pool badges didn't work. We contacted the prop Mgr and the pool ofc about this just a couple days into our 5 day stay, but we never heard back from either, so we weren't able to use the pool, and that was one of the reasons we chose and paid for this place.

  Overall disappointing stay. Property needs a thorough cleaning and update. Poorly equipped for towels and bedding. Super noisy upper level, old appliances but did work, dryer was very slow to dry anything, floors and white woodwork were very dirty and hairballs were found behind doors….the patio and patio furniture was filthy….we reached out to the property manager and never got a return call….such a nice area to stay, but this property needs some attention to be considered a find.We’ve rented VRBO many times, and we know you don’t get fancy, but clean is to be expected.

  It was very nice, clean and nice location. I would suggest that there are instructions for operating the TV. That was our only issue

  The condo was just as advertised and well equipped. The only issue we had was prior to our visit, we tried to contact the property manager by phone and email but never got a response to either.
