Great place for two
3/5 Very cute little place, however, it is only good for two people. Futon is not comfortable to sleep on, and is only a twin, not a queen as listed. Could use more than just one wooden spoon as kitchen utensils. Also, the toilet shoots water out when you run the dishwasher.

COZY FOR TWO
4/5 Great place for two people that want to be close to the slopes. Bed in master bedroom is very comfortable, but the futon is NOT a queen, and very uncomfortable. Kitchen seating is only for two, not four. Kitchen also needs more utensils. There are plenty of pots and pans and silverware, but aside from three bottle opens and one wooden spoon, there are no other utensils. Could use a spatula at the least, maybe a whisk and some tongs.
Place was clean and updated, with plenty of blankets. Fireplace was nice to have as well.
The only other drawback is with the plumbing when you run the dishwasher, or the unit above you runs their dishwasher. During the rinse cycle, the water drains, causing the water from the toilet to shoot straight out and onto the floor. Could be very surprising if this happens while someone is sitting on the toilet!
Loved being able to see the slopes and walk back and forth at our leisure.

Good location need house keeping improvement
4/5 This is a good location and good new kitchen appliances. Need washer dryer. Housekeeping should check for light bulbs and bathroom supplies. Clean the French door glass. Lot of spiders need pest control. One pot was very dirty and needs to be replaced. Area rugs need to be cleaned. What is the housekeeping fees going into is a mystery. Add a food processor and a few more plates and glasses.

Nice enough but poorly equipped
3/5 Nice enough condo with view of lower ski slope. We were only there for three nights. Couldn’t open, close the bedroom closet bifold doors, on hanger in closet, heater in bath didn’t work, wifi didn’t work one night, no live TV (during March Madness tournament) had to watch on my phone, limited kitchen utensils(bowls, silverware, everything),, back sliding door nearly impossible to operate. The place had some newer renovations, which was nice, but the ‘outfitting’ was lacking. We did enjoy the area.
