  Friends and I stayed at here for a weekend Ski trip. It is close to many of the ski resorts. We had everything we needed.

  This is one of those reviews I almost don’t want to post. I’d rather prefer to keep the place a sweet -as -sugar -secret find for our family, but I’ll take the high road on this one and let you in on the secret: If you’re looking to stay in an absolutely BEAUTIFUL home situated in a perfect location with ample parking and AMAZING mountain views , this wonderful home is it! It has more than well appointed kitchen baths and bedrooms ( I must say , all with super comfy beds!) and it’s difficult to reduce to words how gorgeous the panoramic Mountain Views are as seen from the home’s living room ,dining area and wrap around deck.! It’s super close to Sugar Mountain Ski Resort where we all had tons of fun for our first time on its great slopes. We had a small issue with the HVAC upon arrival , but the manager of property could not have been more attentive to the situation, sending out repairmen within an hour to address the situation without further issue.We all felt perfectly comfy and at home there on our first visit to Sugar Mountain :-D!Many thanks and we would definitely look to stay there again on our next visit!

  The house was beautiful with everything you would need. We had a great time. Close to the slopes and everything you would need. Will be back!

• Excellent location for a ski trip

  Just a few minutes from pretty much anywhere we wanted to go for our ski trip. The house is well stocked…the kids were even able to bake a cake! The place was a bit more worn than the pictures portray, it was a bit musty when we checked in too but lit the candles they had all over the house and that helped. The reason for my lower rating on cleanliness is because it seems the cleaning crew did not clean the primary bathroom floors well and there was other peoples hair all alongside the floor between the door and the toilet. Otherwise, we had a very pleasant stay and would recommend to friends.

We followed up with the homeowner after reading your feedback, and they wanted to share the following: We have high standards of hospitality for our property to ensure our guests have a positive stay. We're truly sorry to hear that you didn't have the five-star experience we endeavor to provide. As with any guest concerns, we would have been happy to address them right away. We appreciate the feedback and we are sincerely sorry for any evidence of hair you found in the home since this is not consistent with our cleaning expectations and to make sure that these areas aren't missed moving forward. We also recognized that the cleaning was not meeting our expectations and we switched to a new cleaning service so that future guests will not share the same experience. They will be monitored to ensure expectations and standards are being met. We wish you had reached out to the Guest Contact during your stay if there were any issues you needed to be addressed. We would have done everything we could to resolve them immediately but were not given the opportunity to. Again, our sincere apologies, and hope you come back to visit! We will continue to provide our guests with the 5-star experiences we are known for.
