Property nice/ but cleaning not so good.
5/5 The property is beautiful. We did have some issues with the fridge not working. We got there on Friday and someone came to fix it Saturday at noon, after he did that we had to wait the afternoon for the fridge to get cold enough to use. So we only had a fridge for one day. Then we went to use the oven and found a dutch oven pan full of grease from the last time the cabin was used. Then we washed a load of towels, but when we opened the dryer it was still full from the last time it was used. The dishwasher was full from the last time as well. I have pictures over everything mentioned and sent them to the owner. I don’t feel like i should have been charged a cleaning fee or even a night or two. Because we spent our time Saturday getting in touch with the owner for all of these issues and cleaning out the grease pan, cleaning out the dishwasher and getting the towels out of the dryer ourselves after someone else used it before us. Correct me if im wrong. But you do have cleaning service . Right?

- We apologize for the fridge not working. It was an issue beyond our control. Although it was difficult to find a repair person on a Saturday, we had the fridge repaired in less than 24 hours.
- We had a new cleaning person during your visit, and we'll ensure they are aware of your comments, so it doesn't happen again to our future guests. We're sorry this impacted your stay.
- To clarify, Evolve did refund one night, and we hope the refund made up for some of the inconvenience.

5/5 The property is just as described, perfect location for us. Nice and quiet. The fire pit and the fireplace were nice to have on the chilly nights. The kitchen had everything you needed if you were cooking. Thank you for sharing your home. This will be on the list of return to properties. Very nice get away.

Perfect place to relax
5/5 We really enjoyed our stay! The home was really comfortable and perfect for what we were looking for. The kids loved playing in the creek behind the house, and the location was perfect for hiking trips.
