    Great modern home located within 10 to 20 minutes of anywhere you need to get in Raleigh. Excellent fenced in outdoor space for relaxing anytime of the day. Only negative is the driveway is VERY steep and not sure that is mentioned anywhere in the ad. If you have a small, 4 speed manual transmission vehicle, you will need to get a running start to make it to the garage.

    Well appointed, beautiful home with very nice backyard. Would be lovely to sit on porch but was frigid when we were there. I would go back.
