4/5 The property was very well kept and our unit was clean. At one point we were the only two people on the entire street, so it was a little uncomfortable for two woman alone. We actually got a little spooked and let a day early and got another place closer to other renters and people. Would recommend though if it were a group of people staying.

Awesome stay as described
5/5 Wanted a quick weekend getaway for a Thursday to Sunday. It was in a quiet location. Unit 4 was just as described. We were very pleased had everything that we needed to relax. We drove over to beach each day and came back to enjoy some adult beverages on the front sitting area. We walked to a couple restaurants for dinner each night. Had a question and Vinny responded very quickly. Loved it and would definitely go back.

Close and cozy
5/5 The location is great! It's very cozy and cute. I loved that they had beach equipment that we could use. The rental upstairs was noisy. It didn't matter who was there you can hear every footstep!!! I did try to contact the manager about the noise but never got a response. In the fourth day a cockroach appeared in the kitchen. I have no idea where it came from.

Great place
4/5 Nice place to stay close to the beach. The only thing that would make it better is if it was oceanfront. Very clean. Nicely decorated. Could use cookie sheets for baking things in the oven. Would stay again.
