  Decided to get out of the house over spring break. Rain expected at home and at the beach. This house was a great value for the amount of space. Location was great and communication was timely with detail.

  Beautiful house! Very spacious, clean and comfortable. We had a little difficulty with the combination one day but the property manager responded to us promptly. About a 15 minute walk to the beach, or a 2 minute drive and we found parking easily when we drove.

  We were very grateful to find a property that would allow us to stay half a week!

  Everything was super clean and the air conditioning accommodations were completely adequate for the house.

  The fire pit and the nice screened in porch were excellent for evening socializing. Location was super quiet and very close to non crowded public access to the beach.

  The local contact person was very cordial and helpful and answered all our questions and allowed us to check in early.

  My kids LOVED great WiFi, the smart TVs in all rooms and access to cool movie apps!

  The price was great too! We had a great time and would definitely come again

  The one and only suggestion I have is : I’ve never seen a house without an outside spigot and hose. Would have loved to been able to rinse off beach toys shoes, chairs and even people! Lol

  I didn’t notice in the description that there was no dishwasher, but as I had no intentions of cooking this trip, it didn’t bother me. The floors & most surfaces are uneven in this house. There is no central a/c, but the cooling unit is nice, quiet & it works. The house appeared to have been cleaned, however mold was all inside the washing machine, seals and all. There was a dead roach under the table in the kitchen and here’s why the review was so harsh: the “customer service” interaction with Evolve was a giant letdown. I was met with condescension and then received a follow up email with a string of words that resembled a drunk text. I will not be booking again.

  Hi Jamie, we want all of our guests to rest easy when they stay with us, and we're sorry that this home did not exceed your expectations.
  - We followed up with the homeowner and property manager, who were surprised by your feedback as the only concern they were notified about was the dead bug.
  - As they explained, the home is treated monthly by pest control, but Palmetto bugs are common in the area and may occasionally get inside.
  - We apologize if there was any confusion when emailing the property manager. They would have been happy to address all of your concerns but did not hear from you again after responding to your message.
