Incredible place!
5/5 What a beautiful place and fantastic location! Easy walk to beach or pool! Quick drive to downtown Southport! I would definitely recommend this little gem to anyone looking for a place to stay in the Oak Island/Southport area.
Great beach week!
5/5 We had 5 family members meet here for an easy week of fun in the sun. Mission accomplished! This condo was updated and very tastefully decorated. The kitchen was fully and nicely equipped, and the management was very accessible and responsive the one time we had a question. This unit is very conveniently located near the front of the property making beach access easily walkable. We even walked the beach most nights looking for turtle activity and saw both a momma laying eggs and a hatch! Loved our stay at Sound of the Sea and would do it again in a heartbeat!

5/5 Me and my family had an amazing time and vacation at this condo. The condo was a short walk to the beach, very clean, spacious, and it also had everything we needed!! None of us had any complaints and we plan on staying here again in the future. I would highly recommend if, you are looking for a nice place to stay in Oak Island!!

Great OKI stay
5/5 This property was perfect for what we needed as a family of 4! The property manager was especially helpful and quick to respond. My only complaints were bees in the stairwell (stung 3 of us and were around even after getting sprayed) and the one pool our kids went to they said was a weird green color and seemed dirty... so they didn't get in. Overall it really was a great stay and property otherwise!

Immaculate place, so close to the beach!
5/5 Loved staying here with my family! We had 3 adults and 2 kids (5 and 2). The place was immaculate when we got there. Has everything you need for cooking in and heading to the beach. From extra phone cords, roku, to an air fryer. We really had everything we could have wanted. The beach is 2 blocks away and easy to walk to through the neighborhood. Caswell beach has so much more room on the beach, love it. The area is quiet and exactly what we were looking for. Highly recommend this place; would definitely stay again!
