• Cozy ocean view condo getaway - NFL draft weekend.

  My husband and I needed a beach getaway and decided to have a personal NFL draft party weekend with ocean views. The condo is on the beach with awesome views and sounds of the ocean from the large balcony, the master bedroom (comfortable bed) and the coach. The condo was equipped well with a variety of kitchen appliances and supplies, a clean bathroom and 2 huge 72" TVs which were perfect for our NFL draft experience. The owner was very responsive, helping us troubleshoot an internet issue, that was quickly resolved. The beach is clean, and, did I mention, supper close. We will definitely book this unit again...in the near future.

• Not Exactly Beach Access. Not quiet.

  While we had a fun time, the condo is not exactly as it appears. I’m not sure when the photos were taken, but the shoreline has changed. You cannot access the beach from the unit. You can access the ocean as you are practically floating in it! Any closer and you’d be on a cruise! You can access a very small strip of beach using a nearby public access. The condo itself is adequate and relatively clean but a bit tired looking. The outside of the buildings are showing age and wear. The bed in the main bedroom is comfortable, but the bed in the second bedroom is definitely not. Unfortunately there is construction happening nearby. We had to listen to the sounds of saws and hammering from sunrise until after sun up all weekend, which grated on our nerves. That construction has been going on for quite some time- enough time for management be aware. Guests should be made aware of what to expect. We just wanted a quiet weekend alone. We love North Topsail, but we probably would choose somewhere else to stay next time. I wish Vrbo would allow guests to upload photos. We’d like to give guests a better grasp of what to expect.

• Amazing view!

  This property was clean and close to the beach. The view was amazing and the bed was super comfy. DeAnna was a great host and we will definitely be staying here again!

  It had everything that I needed and everything I wanted, including a high chair, everything I needed to cook as a chef for them, the great view from the kitchen- living room and bedroom looking directly over the beach and ocean beneath my feet-from the inside- while being able to to open the floor to ceiling glass doors to the massive deck to sit and have drinks-doing the same. The price is right and I booked another stay as I have stayed at other places on the beach and this is my place from here on!!!
