Great spot!
5/5 Great place to stay for a weekend at North Topsail! Recommended for sure, will consider rebooking in the future. Was in town for a wedding and had everything we needed. Note for the property managers - the house rules that are written down on the small frames in the property are extremely difficult to read and at times vary from what’s listed on VRBO. Might just wanna double check or make a print out instead. Other than that - great stay!

Girls trip
5/5 The condo was great and very clean. Great location and view of the ocean was very nice. The only thing was the lack of bath towels and washcloths provided for 4 days. The condo did have a washing machine, so had to wash towels twice.

Lacking
2/5 Guest contact was lacking in communication and service. Had to wait for the cleaning crew to finish cleaning 30 minutes after our stated check in time. One of the beds had no sheets. Misleading information in the check in instructions compared to the information in the unit. If you’re looking to stay where you’ll get nickel and dined for a wash cloth, piece of silverware, or anything else for that matter, have a lack of communication, and severe lack of service then this is the place for you. I would highly recommend not staying here.

- We do apologize for the 30-minute delay, our cleaning team was a bit late and we've addressed this issue with them so that it won't recur for future guests.
- We were happy to call our cleaning team to immediately replaced the missing sheet when you reached out.
- There was a slight discrepancy in the check-in instructions compared to the information in the unit which has since been updated.
- We strive to be transparent at every stage of the booking process, so all rates and fees are broken down for travelers before they confirm their reservation.
- Guest communication is one of our top priorities and we are always available for guest stays. We were in touch with you throughout your stay.
We truly go above and beyond for our guests, and we are confident that future guests will have excellent stays!Good times
4/5 Enjoyed our stay. Property was clean. Staff was friendly. Pool was awesome. Parking was great. But I’ll never eat at the restaurant again. It took 3 hrs to get seated and get our food. Great place for a family. We will be back’
