    The property was farther away from Bakersville than 10.7 miles. Only 1 towel per person for a 2 night stay. No kitchen linen, no dishwasher. Paper towels were used to wash dishes. Ran out of toilet paper.

    - We apologize for any inconveniences you experienced during your stay. Thank you for notifying us of the incorrect mileage noted on the listing. We will have the listing updated to prevent miscommunication for future guests.
    - We have a trunk filled with extra towels in front of the master bed. Extra toilet paper and paper towels are kept in the hallway closet and the extra kitchen linens are under the kitchen sink. We wish you had reached out to us while you were there so we could help resolve the concerns immediately.
    We do all we can to make the best possible stay for our guests and we appreciate your feedback to help us improve for better stays!

    We were happy with the property except the TV in the upstairs was not working. The big reason we chose the place was the grands could be downstairs with their tv and us upstairs with ours. Internet is off /on which caused problems getting in touch with management to address any problems. Cell phones were not an option either.
