• The loft nightmare

  The cabin was very nicely done- nice amenities- the back porch was very nice, the grill and fire pit- now for the bad the loft was so low you had to crawl in the bed, the steps leading up to the loft were extremely painful to use they were pipes- not steps- my recommendation would be to elevate the roof to give at least stand up room and replace the steps with wooden steps even if primitive steps the poles hurt!! The cost exceeded what it should have been- due to evolve fees- 185fee, cleaning fee, insurance fee, and document fee? Really I was told to report this. I will not use evolve again due to the excessive fees. I will go through a licensed realtor

• Had a great time

  Host and little house decor and accommodations were so great!! It was the neighbor’s dog that became annoying from the first night. (The host has no control over that, but it was a bummer)

  The Tiny house was the perfect getaway for my husband and myself! So peaceful and I loved having the view! We had zero problems! We would definitely stay again

• Great little getaway spot

  This was the perfect spot for a weekend getaway! My wife and I stayed here during our trip to Asheville. We really didn't spend too much time in the house because we were out hiking and exploring until 8 PM or so every day. But the house was beautiful, extremely clean, and was an awesome place for us to land after running around all day. Lots of bluebirds flying around in the backyard, a really nice fire place thing on the table on the back porch, a super cool loft, and a perfect little stove and made this place a great spot for a little weekend getaway. We didn't interface with the owners at all during our stay, but again, we were always gone during daytime hours. The pictures posted on the website are extremely accurate. If you're looking for a nice little spot to crash during your adventures in Asheville, this is the place!

• Cozy tiny house

  This tiny home is cozy and loaded with little thoughtful touches. It sits on a quiet residential street and has gorgeous mountain views . It was extremely clean with a nice size fridge and everything I needed to make simple meals. The loft bed is extremely comfortable. The loft itself is a low space up a ladder typical for tiny homes- just something to be aware of if you have mobility concerns. I was here for an event at a local horse farm and this property was conveniently located to travel there and to visit the small towns nearby.
