Expected better
4/5 The cabin was nice but has issues. Electrical problem with some of the lights and receptacle where coffee maker sets. Trees on property block the mountains view. Checkin instructions stated instructions for internet in unit upon arrival.....no internet. One more thing, put a normal size coffee maker in the cabin instead of instead of one of those tiny ones like you find in a motel room.

No Internet service/ WiFi
3/5 Our #1 priority was for the cabin to have WiFi in order to be able to connect with our families abroad... unfortunately this was not the case like was shown on the website and we could not reach the property manager a couple of days after untill we could figured out a way to obtain connection, at our own cost. Believe it or not this took quite some time out of our vacation unnecessarily. A refund therefore would be highly appreciated.

- The listing does not have WiFi listed as an available amenity. It was removed from the listing in March 2021, which was a few months before your booking, so it should not have been expected for your stay.

5/5 This cabin was perfect for our family of 6! We loved the privacy that it offered and even saw two elk in the area. The cabin was cozy and comfortable. It offered all of the amenities that we would need to enjoy our stay! Definitely recommend!

Fantastic
5/5 The cabin was fantastic. I stayed with a few college friends and we hiked in the smokies by day, fires and grilling at the cabin in the evenings. A great place to get away for a few days.
