Great Time
5/5 Took the family to Holden Beach. Lovely place with great amenities. Any questions I had on the property were quickly answered. Now if they could control the weather, it would be the only thing that could have improved the trip!

Paradise indeed!!
5/5 We use our Spring Break time to escape and unwind with better weather than northern Indiana. We search for a location that is not remote, but not touristy or crowded. Holden Beach is ideal for us!! Lots of positive superlatives can be used to describe this location, the property, and our stay! We had no issues with the property - and our expectations were surpassed! Even the weather exceeded our expectations! Thanks for the small touches in decorating, cleanliness, extra provisions, and kitchen utensils - even a drawer with basic household tools (screwdrivers, and pliers) which we did not need.We hope to return many times for other getaways! Thanks for making our stay so easy and enjoyable!

Holden Beach
3/5 The Property is very centrally located, but there were several features that we had used to select this property over others that were not in working order. Neither fireplace or the Jacuzzi tub worked. Also broken doors on both balconies that we were unable to use. Listing stated I bedroom on 3rd floor, but did not mention kitchen and dining areas were on the top level as well as the main gathering area. Property manager was called and we were told tub hadn't been fixed due to not enough time between rentals and Fireplaces were not turned on until later in November when it was cold, this wasn't logical as house had heat and air. You shouldn't advertise amenities that can't be used.

Also, the week you were there was following a hurricane that hit Holden beach. The doors were affected--even the door frame was pulled off by the wind. I am so sorry it affected the week you were there. We have spent the winter fixing the damage and will be 100% in the spring. Your comments have been very helpful.
