1/5 Realized I made an error in booking 30 seconds after I did so. Requested a refund immediately and it took 23 hours for Evolve to respond after many efforts to contact them. They refused the refund and denied date change request. Do not book...

This property has a strong history of 5-star reviews and their reviews show that their home is in a beautiful location communication with Marie is easy and she provides all the essential needs for anyone to stay in and relax in a comfortable, clean, and well-stocked environment.

4/5 Great house. Clean. Quite. One issue, steps to upstairs too steep and dangerous for older folks. We had to leave our suitcases downstairs. This needs to be in the notes on the house. . Thanks

Perfect mountain getaway
5/5 We loved every minute of our stay at this perfectly-situated and well-appointed home. It was near town and close to a variety of hiking trails and waterfalls. The host was attentive, flexible and very easy to reach. The screened in porch was the perfect place to relax, and the extra apartment over the cottage was perfect for our young adult children to enjoy. We can't wait to return.

5/5 We enjoyed our stay in Smallwoods! It was clean and perfectly located. Marie the host is fabulous. The bed was comfortable and lots of towels. We plan to return!
