  We really enjoyed our stay at this property. The layout worked great for our party of 8, ages ranging from 12-65. The teenagers loved the basement hang out area, but there was also enough room for them to hangout upstairs for dinner and gamenights. The house was well stocked with kitchen supplies, plenty of towels, sheets and pillows. The gas logs in the living room were also a big plus, much easier than hauling in wood and feeding a fire! The location of the house was ideal - minutes to downtown Hendersonville and about 25 mins to downtown Asheville. Would definitely recommend!

  Reality vs listing is very different. We were not pleased from the second we arrived. We had to navigate ankle deep leaves to get to the door. Very musky mildewy smell through out. I could smell that a dog had been living there at some point. Just overall disappointed vs the pictures listed. Would not recommend for the price

  -The home is professionally cleaned between guests, including a deep clean. We take the experience of our guests seriously our ground services team is meticulous in their cleaning and sterilization. We have never had any issues with a musty smell. With cleanliness concerns, we ask that guests reach out right away so we can prove its validity and resolve any issue immediately
  -We checked the property for these issues after your stay, however, we found no concerns to resolve and we've had no reports of any musty smell before your arrival and afterward from other guests
  -The home was recently installed with two new dehumidifiers that regulate continuously to keep the space comfortable. and we can remotely monitor the temperature and humidity so that guests are comfortable during their stay
  -As beautiful as leaf season is up here in the mountains, while we do have ongoing yard service that manages and keeps the yard in good order, unfortunately, leaves can be contributing to weather conditions, especially in the Fall, but we’re sorry this impacted your stay
  -All the concerns with the home have been addressed, and are working properly, so we can ensure our high standards are being met and exceeded

  This place was clean, location was good, this house needs structural work bad…. It really is unsafe to rent in this condition. Also needs updated… I feel like they had water damage and instead of fixing it correctly they just covered it up. Was very disappointed.

  - We have had the house professionally inspected and there are no signs of water intrusion, the house is very safe. We have had some issues with humidity, but the house has been cleaned by experts and dehumidifiers are in place to prevent further problems

  Great home to stay in. Enjoyed Hendersonville so much! Will return Pinball museum was the best! Great restaurant and all so convenient.

  it was a fun place to stay for my daughters bday. went to sky top for apples and spent the day downtown. saw a cool albino squirrel in the yard. close to town and ingles.
