- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out by 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the house by doing the following:
- If you have moved any furniture or belongings, please place them back in their original places
- Remove all trash from the home and place (in bags) in the exterior trash bins (trash not placed in bags will result in an additional fee of $20)
- Please remove all food/drinks from the refrigerator/cabinets
- Load and run the dishwasher
- Leave used beds unmade
- Please start one load of towels in the washing machine
- Make sure appliances (tv, toaster, coffee maker, space heaters, etc.) are turned off
- Set climate system to (Heat: 55 in winter & Air: 80 in summer)
- Check throughout the house (including under beds, in the drawers, and around all electrical outlets) for any personal items (Please note that if you do leave something behind, we cannot assume responsibility for it. If you leave something behind and let us know, we will try to locate it and make arrangements to have it shipped to you, though the shipping cost will be at cost to you)
- Please be sure to promptly clean up and dispose of all pet waste
- Lock all windows and doors
- Turn off all interior and exterior lights
- As you leave, please lock the door
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Additional fees will be imposed if the house is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
