CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1437
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Before your departure, please tidy up the cabin by doing the following:
- If you have moved any furniture or belongings, please place them back in their original places
- Remove all trash from the home and place (in bags) in the exterior trash bins
- Please remove all food/drinks from the refrigerator/cabinets
- Load and run the dishwasher
- Start a load of towels in the washer machine
- Leave used beds unmade
- Please start one load of towels in the washing machine
- Make sure appliances (tv, toaster, coffee maker, space heaters, etc) are turned off
- Set climate system (heat on 55 in winter; air on 80 in summer)
- Check that the gas grill is off
- Check throughout the house (including under beds, in the drawers, and around all electrical outlets) for any personal items. Please note that if you do leave something behind, we cannot assume responsibility for it. If you leave something behind and let us know, we will try to locate it and make arrangements to have it shipped to you, though shipping cost will be at cost to you
- Lock all windows and doors
- Turn off all interior and exterior lights
- As you leave, please lock the door and return the key to the lockbox (if used)
- Additional fees will be imposed if the cabin is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it
