Great location!
5/5 Attention HPU parents, if you like staying at the Courtyard on Wendover to be near all the things but hate the traffic and noise, stay here! Great unit! Great location to all the things. Would definitely stay again.

Cleaning fee High why? Property not clean
2/5 Very disappointed. Communication and booking, not a problem but the cleaning fee is high.. why because condo was anything but clean. Linens and bedding yes but dusty, baseboards and trim filthy. Found dust balls behind doors. Carpets need to be cleaned. Outdoor patio appalling covered in green moss.

-Recently the area had significant storms that caused some damage to the patio, and we provided a refund due to that inconvenience.

"Greensboro Beauty"
5/5 This property was exactly what the pictures indicated(clean and well kept). The host provided everything necessary for a GREAT experience. She included a manual which had "things to do" and "places to eat" which came in handy considering that this was our first time visiting North Carolina. We will DEFINITELY come back. Thank you for catering to our needs.
