Nice Remodel
5/5 The property is a little rustic and the pond is for wildlife, not swimming. The house is really nice as they did a good job remodeling. The beds are comfortable and the bathrooms clean. The pictures are accurate.

Quaint But Needs Work
3/5 Very cute house. The location is ok and was easy to find.The pictures of the front and back of property are misleading. (there is a random backhoe out back) The shower in the master bedroom was uneven and slick. The bathroom in the hallway had dirty walls and the shower was difficult to turn on and off. The walls throughout the house and around the light switches were dirty as well. If a house is advertised to sleep 10, it should be stocked to host 10. The bathroom towels and the kitchen supplies were understocked. There were only 4 cereal bowls, 8 plates and the silverware was lacking.

BEAUTIFUL HOME, CENTRAL TO GREENSBORO
5/5 Beautiful home that is central to downtown Greensboro, NC A&T/ UNCG, and Four Seasons Mall. 10-15 minute drive to most of Greensboro's attractions. Super close to grocery stores and several food options. This was a great home for my friends & I for a quick weekend getaway. Every room has a smart TV. Plenty of entertainment space and parking.

Nice property buy little things could be improved
3/5 I'm not sure why this is overlooked, but a lot of vacation rental properties seem to have terrible bedding. The pillows are flat, the comforter and/or bedspread is terrible quality. It doesn't take much to go to Costco or Walmart and provide more comfortable bedding and towels. We went and bought 2 pillows (and left them there). I used to own a short term rental and always got 5 stars, because we paid attention to the details. I promise it will elevate your guests experience ten fold. Also, wine glasses would be a nice addition. I left a wine opener.
