Beautiful mountain home in great community!
5/5 Beautiful new build in the Chinquapin Community. House is fresh, clean, and well outfitted. We made use of all the extras in the home... electronic dart board, watched a movie in the comfy theater chairs, used both indoor and outdoor fireplace, and the outdoor kitchen. Community has lots of features too... nice clubhouse, playground, putt-putt course, driving range (major bonus), and trails. Welcome basket was a very nice touch with snacks & a bottle of wine! Homeowner reached out separately from the property manager to add some additional tips and info which was very helpful and made the transaction much more relational.Note: there is not a proper dining room/area in the home, but it still worked out just fine for us. You can eat meals around the island in the kitchen or al fresco at the hightop table on the screened in patio.

Perfect Birthday Getaway!
5/5 We had a wonderful long weekend in this beautiful home! The whole reservation process was easy and the communication great! The home is just gorgeous, in a wonderful community with a spectacular view! We didn’t want to leave and we will definitely be back!! Thank you SO much!
