- GPS from Franklin might suggest you take Brendle Rd. Do NOT take Brendle, it dead ends after driving for 10 minutes. Take Coon Creek Rd
Turn-by-turn instructions:
- Enter the address into GPS as it is here: 198 Cabin Cove Rd, Franklin, NC 28734
- You will be coming in on Hwy 441/US 23, turning on Coon Creek Rd near Gold City Gem Mines. Continue .3 miles, turn right onto Flowers Gap Rd
- Continue 1 mile and you will reach the main Wildflower Private Community Gate
- Continue through the gate into the community going 0.8 miles
- You will reach a fork in the road (Lyle Mtn. Trail and Upper Dalton Creek) - stay to the right, do not go left up the hill
- After another .6 miles, you will need to take a wide right turn at Cabin Cove Rd - pass through the second gate here
- You will see Cabin #1, keep turning to the right, and you will see Cabin #2 on your left, proceed up the hill, and you will come to another driveway on your left, turn down into the driveway, and you will see Cabin #3

CHECK-IN INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check in after 4:00 PM
- This property is located in a gated community. There is a main gate to the community, then there is another gate to Cabin Cove. The code for both gates is #2580. Gate fobs can be found in the cabin once checked in
- The home is accessible via keyless entry. The code is 1980
- Please inform the Guest Contact of any problems or concerns upon arrival, so we can work to address these immediately

CHECK-OUT INSTRUCTIONS:
- Check out before 10:00 AM
- Prior to your departure, please tidy up the property by doing the following:
- Remove all perishable items
- Take all trash to the green dumpster by the Cabin Cove additional parking area
- Load and start the dishwasher
- Strip linens from all used beds
- Place all used linens and towels in a pile
- Return gate fobs to the table by the front door
- Turn off all lights, electronics, and appliances
- Close and lock all windows and doors
- Additional fees will be imposed if the property is found in an unsatisfactory condition, so please return it to the condition in which you found it

HOUSE RULES:
- No smoking
- Dog friendly with a fee. If you wish to bring a pet but have not yet paid the mandatory pet fee, please reach out to Evolve immediately
