Great family trip to the beach!
5/5 I took my 2 nieces and their 3 teen boys to the beach for spring break. We all loved the property which is right on the beach. We had everything we needed for a wonderful stay. The beds were comfortable and the property was very clean and well furnished. We loved waking up to that view each morning. A great location. Close to restaurants and food stores. I would definitely repeat a stay at this property. The owner was quick to respond when I locked myself out and so very nice and helpful. A great week that we will treasure. We also took a ferry ride out to Harkers Island to search for shells and see the wild horses. I strongly recommend taking that trip. We saw dolphins every day from our living room view as well as while we were on the beach. Also saw a huge number of stingrays on the ferry ride which we were told is very unusual to see hundreds plus together at the same time. A great vacation and a great place to stay! We hope to rent this place again next year.

5/5 Beds were so comfortable. Pillows were too! The couch in the living room was big enough for a 6’2” guy to “rest his eyes”. Very clean and had the necessary supplies to cook simple meals. Coffee filters were there, thankfully! The view though, priceless. Would definitely Italy stay again.

Beautiful views Emerald Isle, NC
3/5 The amazing ocean front view is the biggest plus of this property. Words cannot express how absolutely gorgeous views from beachside porch and decking are especially at sunrise and sunset. Dolphins put on a show jumping and flipping in surf. Jennifer and Bradley were terrific hosts who responded quickly to any question or concern. They made sure unit was wonderfully clean and stocked with beginning supply of basic paper products, etc. However, potential renters should be aware of 3 major issues:1-Washer and dryer are listed in amenities. These are not located in the rental and must be shared with other side of duplex. Rusted washer and dryer are actually in plywood shed under the duplex.2-Walls between units of duplex are extremely thin. Not only can you distinctly hear conversations of neighbors, but you can smell whatever they are cooking.3-Smoking is not permitted inside duplex, but is allowed outside. We are both sensitive to smoke so could not sit outside on beautiful days because the 4 smokers in other side of duplex for 3 days polluted the air with their stinking cigarettes. We were so thankful when they left. Smoking should not be allowed anywhere in a rental with shared spaces. Pets are not allowed in this rental due to guest allergies. It should be the same for smoking.-Susan and Doug 12/26/22 to 1/2/23
