Worst property evet!#
1/5 Pictures are misleading. Property is poorly maintained. Has had multiple water leaks in the bathroom and bedroom. Window blinds were broken, several electric baseboard heating units were coming off the wall. We left a day early after the previous night at 10:30 pm water began leaking over the bed!! Maintenance came and opened up the ceiling to find a pipe that had a garbage bag taped around as a fix. It was wrapped with a pan in the ceiling tile to catch water leaking!!!! The bathroom had serious leak issues because the linen closet door is coming apart. Avoid this property. We were not offered a refund just a opportunity to move to another unit or get a free night in the off season. After the two days we spent with this host's property, we have no desire to stay with them again.

5/5 I enjoyed my stay, the place is older but I knew that based on the listing so it was fine with me. The location is great and it is a quiet neighborhood. The price was reasonable and the apartment was clean. Nothing fancy but it was functional and very close to the beach.

4/5 We loved the short walk to the beach and short drive to all the things we needed. Enough space for our small family to share. Definitely needs a good clean and some updates but great temporary living space.

4/5 Location is perfect. Fine for a weekend getaway if you are spending all of your time on the beach. Many upgrades are needed, but it’s functional, was clean on our arrival, and in a great neighborhood.

To be honest.
2/5 It needs updated BAD. I felt I just stayed at my teenage sons bachelor pad and need to wash everything I own twice. Great location, but bad accommodations.
