Dissertation Visit
4/5 Stayed three nights. House had plenty of room for family. however, there are several issues that should be addressed. The use of air fresheners was overwhelming. It is nice to offer outdoor grills but they were so dirty that we could not cook on them. Only one of the three gas fired grills and heater had gas. Door on screened porch was missing screen making it difficult to enjoy because of bugs.

4/5 We requested early check-in so that we could change clothes before attending an event and the owner was helpful in making that happen for us. We had family gathering for college graduation and the house accommodated us well. With each bedroom having its own adjoining bathroom, our guests had plenty of space and privacy, yet lots of common space downstairs where we could all be together.

5/5 This property is extremely clean, spacious and modern. We enjoyed our stay there. The location is good for visiting or sightseeing in Durham. The property manager is friendly and extremely responsive to any questions you might have.
