Plaza Midwood Stay
5/5 Enjoyed our 3 night stay on Pecan Ave. ( In town for son’s wedding celebration.). Location was great for walking to downtown, groceries (Harris Teeter), breweries/restaurants. Quiet neighborhood, cute family homes (many decorated for Halloween). Only negative was WiFi kept fading in/out. Would stay there again if/when visiting Charlotte!

5/5 House was perfect for our needs as a family of 5. Truly in walking distance of everything in the neighborhood (which is really pleasant, btw). Property manager was very communicative and accomdating. Would definitely stay here again!

A pleasant stay
4/5 The home is neat and relaxing. Beds are comfortable. Price is reasonable and owner doesn't bother you. Lots of interesting restaurants and shops nearby. Walkable neighborhood is close to downtown and NoDa arts district. Suggestions: pads for dining room chairs and a small hand grip by the step into the kitchen.

Terrific Customer Service and Communication from Managers
5/5 This property was awesome! It was a spacious lot in a very pretty neighborhood. The AC kept us nice and cool on a very, very hot week in Charlotte. The whole house was renovated and had updated decor. It had all the necessary amenities and then some. The den offered a big TV and ample space to fit a group of 9-10 people for relaxing and enjoying a movie or playing a board game, etc. The area had lots of trails and was very friendly for pets, bikers, walkers, joggers, etc. And it was a super short distance from a Harris Teeter and a Dunkin' Donuts. There was a tiny issue on the first day when we arrived with one of the showers not having hot water, but the property manager was AMAZING in working with us promptly to get the issue resolved right away. They sent someone over to work on it while our group was out exploring the city, and whoever went over there got to it and fixed the shower without us even knowing they were there. Super great customer service from that standpoint, and our group was really thrilled and relieved to come back and have the hot water restored. I would absolutely not hesitate to stay in this same property again next summer.
