  House clean, easy access, and good area to get to city. Grounds need to be cleaned up for curb appeal.

  While the house met our sleeping needs and was updated and clean, here are some things that would have made the stay a bit better:1. At least 2 rolls of toilet paper in the unit- less than 1/2 roll at arrival2. Additional wash cloths- only found 33. Towels/washcloths stained-maybe clean but didn't appear that way4. Extra blankets- bed pillows 5. Shower temperature was lukewarm turning the knob all the way6. Bath soap would have been a plus7. Sound machine to drown out highway noise8. Bag of dirty laundry on top of washer/dryer- assuming it’s from prior guestsExpanding the rental description to include items included(or in our case-not included) would be very helpful. We had to make a run to the store to purchase items that in past rentals had been included. We took for granted basic necessities would be available.

  Everything was perfect. I would recommend getting a curtain for dining room & a darker curtain for king size bed room. Other than that everything was wonderful & nice, clean.

  Yes the house is located downtown but in a terrible area. The house is located right off the highway. The highway was so close to the house you could walk to it. Which meant that you heard cars and trucks all night long!! We walk in and the couch had cat fur all over it. No blinds on any of the windows just sheer white curtain that you could see through. The linen was disgusting. The bath rags and towels look like they cleaned the floor and did other things with them. Just disgusting. If I could post pictures I would. when I pulled the comforter back there was hair on the sheet . There were old towels in a laundry bag from the previous guest that stayed before us. That where NOT clean. There was no hot water and the water barley came out of the shower head . Saturday night we heard gun shots outside… very terrifying. I texted the property owner about the disgusting linen and other things and all he said was auuwww sorry to here that. I have never paid so much money to stay in a dump . The head board was not even attached to the bed . What ever you do. I would NOT STAY HERE!!!
