Great house and location
5/5 Excellent location! Lots of restaurants, bar and stores and close enough to the highway if your planning to travel outside of Charlotte! The house is clean and quaint in a quiet and beautiful neighborhood

Perfect for convenience
5/5 Couldnt ask for a more convenient location - walkable to restaurants, grocery, coffee - you name it! Darling historic neighborhood that begs to be walked about! House was just as it is pictured- well maintained, great decor and layout. Very charming. Perfect for our needs. Will definitely be back!

Great Location disappointing cleanliness and communication
2/5 The house is in a great location and it’s a cute little space. The beds were fairly comfortable as was the furniture. We really enjoyed the walkability of the neighborhood and the close proximity of uptown and South End. The house seemed clean upon entry however, the exterior was covered with spider webs. Such that there was zero usable outdoor space. The interior windows and room corners, had spider webs and dirt. After the first night, my daughter and I had spider bites on our legs and we woke up to dead cockroaches on the floor. When I emailed the PM they did offer to come wipe the spider webs off inside the house, however I had already spent an hour doing that trying to not get more spider bites! They said they couldn’t get their pest control company to come out. So that was it, we were just to live with the spiders, roaches and who knows what else. This is a professional management company and I would imagine that pest control would be done regularly and it clearly wasn’t being done. Additionally, while the surfaces seemed clean nothing had been deep cleaned in some time. There was dirt and dead bugs under beds and couches. We dropped something behind the dresser in the bunk room so we put a phone to look behind it It was littered with trash and lost belongings. Everyone that stays pays a hefty cleaning fee so it should not be like this at all. We couldn’t park in the carport or drive way unless we wanted our vehicles scratched by tree branches. All in all, we wouldn’t stay at this place or another EVOLVE property again.
